Linguini With White Clam Sauce Recipe
Ingredients 1 tbsp. cooking oil 2 tbsp. butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cans clams (cook broth to reduce) 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley 1 pkg. linguini noodles, cooked Method Coat bottom of frying pan with oil. Add butter. When butter melts, add garlic (I add onions also), and cook until transparent. Add parsley and cook for a few seconds. Add reduced clam broth and bring to a boil. Add drained clams.
