Baked Chicken Breast And Tomato Sauce With Artichoke Hearts Recipe
Ingredients 4 whole chicken breasts sprinkled with garlic powder 2 lbs. stewed tomatoes, chopped, do not drain 2 (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped and drained 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice Pinch of red pepper to taste Method Bake chicken breast 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
