Ingredients Fresh haddock fillets - 1 for each person eating Sour cream or yogurt Butter or margarine Fresh dill Method Place the fillets in a baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the fillets with a generous amount of sour cream or yogurt. Sprinkle with a good amount of dill weed and pat liberally with butter or margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
