Spinach Salad Dressing

2 tablespoons chopped crispy bacon

1 small onion, finely chopped

4 tablespoons dry sherry

3 tablespoons honey

Spinach

1. Warm the honey and sherry without boiling, in a bowl

2. Add the bacon and onion

3. Stir well

4. Serve at once

Toss the salad dressing with the spinach and top the spinach salad with salt and pepper to taste.

Spinage Salad Dressing.  Spinach is commonly mis-spelled as Spinage.
