Tasty red mullet giving you lean
cuisine that's good for you and great for barbecues
Ingredients:
4 x 10 oz. (275g) prepared red
mullet
2 oz. (50g) margarine
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary or 1
teaspoon of dried rosemary
1 tablespoon polyunsaturated oil
1 lemon, grated rind and juice
Cooking Instructions:
Melt the margarine in a saucepan,
add the oil, lemon rind, juice and rosemary
Remove pan from heat
