Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes Serves 6.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of eels salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of flour butter
1/2 kilo of apples 1/2 kilo of
potatoes
Wash the eels and dry them on a clean tea-towel.
Remove the heads, open them and clean the insides.
Dry and rub with salt and pepper.
Make a few incisions across the backs and roll in flour.
Fry in butter for 15 minutes and serve with boiled potatoes and fried apple
slices.
