1 Ib cod.
1 beaten egg.
1 gill milk.
Breadcrumbs.
Margarine
Mustard.
Pepper and salt.
BOIL cod in salted water, then remove
the bones and skin and flake.
Grease a mould and place alternate
layers of fish and breadcrumbs.
Season with a pinch of mustard,
pepper, and salt.
Pour over the milk and beaten egg,
dot the top with bits of margarine and bake in a good oven until lightly
browned.
Turn out and serve very hot.
