ANCHOVY POTATOES

Take two cups of mashed potatoes Add a small a jarful of anchovy paste (or any other paste preferred). Mix well together, make into flat cakes. Dip in milk and breadcrumbs, fry in a little fat. These make delightful fish cakes and are very quickly prepared.
