Recipe for Rhubarb Crumble 22 Recipe

Ingredients

6 c. cut up rhubarb

2 eggs

2 c. sugar

6 tbsp. flour

Method

Place cut up rhubarb in 9"x13" pan.

Beat eggs, sugar and flour and pour over rhubarb; mix well.

Mix topping and sprinkle over top of mixture in pan.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly, about 30 to 45 minutes.
