Ingredients

--CRUMB TOPPING:--

Method

Mix together crumb topping: Press 1/2 of crumb mixture into 9 inch pan.

Cover with rhubarb.

Mix together cornstarch, water, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until thick and clear.

Pour over rhubarb.

Top with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Cut into squares, top with Cool Whip.
