Peach Crumble 7 Recipe
Ingredients 3 1/2 c. sliced peaches 2/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/3 c. melted margarine Method Arrange peaches in the bottom of baking dish. Combine 2/3 cups sugar with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle over fruit. Then combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and egg. Combine ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over fruit. Then pour over melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes, until golden brown. Cooks Comments and Tips |
