Ingredients 4 c. sliced fresh peaches 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt Method Combine the above ingredients in a 10"x6"x2" baking dish. In a separate bowl blend together to a coarse crumb consistency: 1/2 c. Pat the blended mixture uniformly over the top of the fruit mixture. Cover the mixture and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
