Peach Crumble 1 Recipe
Ingredients 1 (2 1/2 lb.) can sliced peaches, drained 2 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional) 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. peach syrup 6 tbsp. flour, sifted 6 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 3 tbsp. margarine Method Arrange drained peaches in buttered casserole. Mix liquids and pour over peaches. Sift flour and mix dry ingredients. Mix margarine into flour. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm with thin cream.
