Mango Pear & Ginger Crumble Recipe
Ingredients 450g ripe pears , peeled, cored and thickly sliced 1 tbsp muscovado sugar 2 mangoes , peeled, stoned and roughly chopped 1 piece stem ginger , finely chopped
