Recipe for Gingered Peach Blueberry Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. peaches (peeled & sliced

1 lb. blueberries

1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 c. crystalized ginger

2 tbsp. butter, cut in bits

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. flour

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Method

Chop ginger.

Mix all ingredients together and spread in buttered baking pan.

Mix all topping ingredients together in a bowl with a fork until it is like coarse meal.

Sprinkle on peach/blueberry mixture.

Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
