Blueberry Crumble 3 Recipe
Ingredients 2 c. flour 1 stick oleo 2 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. pecans, chopped Method Mix above ingredients and press into 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until light golden brown. 2 c. powdered sugar 1 (13 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling Beat cream cheese until soft. Blend in powdered sugar and fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Spread pie filling on top. Refrigerate. Special Hint: Add a little extra oleo to hold crust together well.
