Bettys Rhubarb Crumble Recipe
Ingredients FILLING: 6 c. rhubarb, cut into 1" chunks, smaller if thick 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. flour A pinch of salt 2 c. sugar Method 1 Mix eggs, flour, salt and sugar; mix in with rhubarb and place in 13"x9" pan. 2.Cream brown sugar and oleo or butter.
