Recipe for Baked Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

6 c. peeled, sliced apples (about 2 lbs. or 6 med.)

2 tbsp. orange or other fruit juice

3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

1/2 c. flour

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Method

For Apple Layer: Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease 2 quart casserole or 9"x13" baking dish.

Arrange apples evenly in dish.

Drizzle with orange juice.

Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.

Mix in oil until crumbly.

Spoon over apples.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until apples are tender.

Cool slightly.

Serve warm.

For Topping: Spoon one tablespoon vanilla yogurt over each serving.

Makes 8 servings.
